The Role: Your main responsibilities as a HGV Delivery Driver will be to efficiently and safely collect, load, transport and deliver orders using a rigid, flatbed HGV vehicle, while providing a quality standard of service to the customer. The role will also involve deliveries from other South West stores as and when required, to assist in the maintenance of an effective distribution service.

The Candidate: To be successful in your new role, you will have professional HGV driving experience and possess a class C licence. You must hold a valid Digicard as well as a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence. You must be capable of performing a physical role that includes a significant amount of manual handling and be flexible in your attitude to working hours while respecting tachograph rules, EU driver hour regulations and working time legislation.

The Role:

Your main responsibilities as a Transport Administrator will be to input and collate information for key processes including payroll and oversee various Transport activities to assist in the management of compliance standards, to ensure both drivers and vehicles remain legal. You will also flexibly provide assistance to various members of the Transport team and act as a point of contact for drivers and company vehicle users.

 

The Candidate:

To be successful in your new role you will have experience in an office-based role, with the ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently in a demanding work environment.  To be considered, you will possess strong communication and computer literacy skills, and you must be able to prioritise tasks and manage your working time effectively.

The  Role:  We are  now looking to appoint  a motivated and hardworking individual seeking a career  in  agriculture.  Working in  a retail sales environment, utilising  specialist agricultural knowledge, you will  be required to identify  and  maximise  sales  opportunities  through  high  levels of customer service and knowledge of the products, to supply  our farming customers from our large portfolio. 

The Candidate:  To be  considered  you  will  preferably  have  an agricultural background, and thrive from  working in a fast-paced environment. We will look to provide product training and an  SQP  qualification for the right candidate. You must be able to cope with a  physically demanding role involving a substantial  amount  of  manual handling.

The Role: You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team. The Role:

Your main responsibilities as a Mill Cleaning Operative will be to pro-actively perform a range of mill cleaning duties to ensure that the Mill operates smoothly and to the highest standard. You will also assist with day-to-day maintenance routines and larger projects on a reactive basis and support our Mill Operatives with production of feed blends as and when required.

The Candidate:

To be successful in your new role you will be hardworking, conscientious and be capable of performing a physical role that includes manual handling. Owing to the nature of the work, you must also be extremely safety conscious and have a flexible attitude to achieve your objectives.

The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual who can work flexibly and efficiently, both in the office and at the trade counter supporting our central distribution warehouse. General duties will include typing and data manipulation, photocopying, filing, dealing with incoming/outgoing telephone calls, booking goods into stock and processing farm deliveries using the companies computer systems.

The Candidate: You must be flexible in taking on a wide range of tasks and have the confidence and organisational ability to perform effectively in a busy and demanding work environment. Beyond this, you must possess excellent analytical and communication skills, a high degree of computer literacy. A team player, you will also be efficient in time management and able to work effectively on your own initiative. Agricultural knowledge would be advantageous.

The Role: Your main responsibilities as a warehouse assistant will include conducting a range of inward and outward goods transactions, various warehouse duties including stock control and maintaining relevant paperwork records, providing general support to product specialists and other team members, and ensuring the customers are served in a friendly, and professional manner.

The Candidate: To be successful in your new role, you will preferably have an agricultural background, and possibly some warehouse experience, thriving from a fast-paced working environment. Previous forklift experience together with an in-date licence would be beneficial (training can be provided if necessary) and you must be able to cope with a physically demanding role involving a substantial amount of manual handling.
