The Role: The role will involve promoting and supporting catalogue sales of dairy, beef and sheep products, while providing technical support and advice to both customers and staff, supported by product managers, regarding products available. The Coordinator will provide quotes to customers and support website sales and enquiries. A further element of this role is introducing a new initiative, empowering customers to maximise input/output for their business via the Apps on Farm software package.

The Candidate: The successful candidate will ideally have an agricultural background or possess knowledge of farming and related products. You will be able to professionally and efficiently communicate with a wide range of key stakeholders and be driven to maximise sales. You must be computer literate, manage your time efficiently and be confident in data analysis. A comprehensive training package is available.

The Role

This role supports the Dairy Technical Services team, with assistance to Dairy Sales and Calf teams as required. The DTS Coordinator supports the team by overseeing projects, planning training, facilitating workshops on farm, coordinating with Marketing on blogs and articles, data analysis for the DTSmetrics and Calfmetrics reports, completing administrative tasks and other associated duties. The Coordinator is the office based member of the DTS team and is pivotal for the smooth running of the team’s activities.

The Candidate

To be successful you must possess dairy farming knowledge, be computer literate, be flexible in taking on a wide range of tasks and have the confidence and organisational ability to perform effectively in a busy and demanding work environment. You must be able to process information efficiently and accurately, managing your time effectively and have good communication skills for dealing with a range of key stakeholders. Full training can be provided for the right candidate.

The Role: We are looking to recruit an experienced, hands-on professional to assist our small maintenance team and external contractors. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with other mill staff on a shift-based system, ensuring that production and quality is maximised by carrying out a range of pro-active and reactive maintenance procedures, to ensure machinery is operating at peak efficiency to minimise downtime.

The Candidate: To be successful, you will be able to display knowledge of production equipment and demonstrate experience in a high-pressured environment. You will hold a recognised industrial/commercial electrical qualification, possess good mechanical skills, demonstrate a clear grasp of the realities of working within a busy milling environment and have a sound understanding of health and safety requirements.

We are now offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a driven experienced Sales Manager to represent Wynnstay and join our senior team to lead the strategic long term development of our field based sales activities across the UK.

The role: Reporting to the Managing Director of Agriculture, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the national sales budget for a range of our agricultural product categories through the effective deployment of our field sales teams. Success will be measured from the achievement of profitable contribution and market share by understanding our farmer customers and applying strong people management and leadership skills.

The candidates: To be considered, you will be enthusiastic, a self starter, and passionate about sales. Demonstrating a proven track record within agricultural sales and management, you are a leader of people committed to continuous skills and knowledge development, and hold excellent time and organisational management ability. With sound commercial acumen, you are IT proficient and a strong communicator at all levels, both internally and externally. You will also display a sound grasp of the realities of operating within a large sales led organisation.

The Role: We are now looking to appoint a motivated and hardworking individual seeking a career in a retail sales environment. You will be required to identify and maximise sales opportunities through high levels of customer service. Your responsibilities will include conducting a range of inward and outward goods transactions, various warehouse duties including stock control and maintaining relevant paperwork records, providing general support to product specialists and other team members, and ensuring our customers are served in a friendly professional manner.

The Candidate: To be considered you will preferably have an agricultural background, and possibly some warehouse experience, thriving from a fast-paced working environment. An SQP qualification is desirable although training can be provided for the right candidate. You must be able to cope with a physically demanding role involving a substantial amount of manual handling.

Working pattern for this position will include Monday to Friday with additional hours including Saturday mornings as required.

You must be able to cope with a physically demanding  role involving a substantial amount of manual handling.

Working pattern for this position will include working between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, plus additional hours as required.
