The Role: We are now looking to appoint a motivated and hardworking individual seeking a career in agriculture. Working in a retail sales environment, utilising specialist agricultural knowledge, you will be required to identify and maximise sales opportunities through high levels of customer service and knowledge of the products, to supply our farming customers from our large portfolio.

The Candidate: To be considered you will preferably have an agricultural background, and thrive from working in a fast-paced environment. We will look to provide product training and an SQP qualification for the right candidate. You must be able to cope with a physically demanding role involving a substantial amount of manual handling.

Working pattern for this position will include working Monday to Friday, plus additional hours as required.

The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual who can work flexibly and efficiently, both in the office and at the trade counter supporting our central distribution warehouse. General duties will include typing and data manipulation, photocopying, filing, dealing with incoming/outgoing telephone calls, booking goods into stock and processing farm deliveries using the companies computer systems.

The Candidate: You must be flexible in taking on a wide range of tasks and have the confidence and organisational ability to perform effectively in a busy and demanding work environment. Beyond this, you must possess excellent analytical and communication skills, a high degree of computer literacy. A team player, you will also be efficient in time management and able to work effectively on your own initiative. Agricultural knowledge would be advantageous.

The Role: We are looking to recruit an experienced, hands-on professional to assist our small maintenance team and external contractors. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with other mill staff in ensuring that production and quality is maximised by carrying out a range of pro-active and reactive maintenance procedures, to ensure machinery is operating at peak efficiency to minimise downtime.

 

The Candidate: To be successful, you will be able to display knowledge of production equipment and demonstrate experience in a high-pressured environment. You will hold a recognised industrial/commercial electrical qualification, possess good mechanical skills, demonstrate a clear grasp of the realities of working within a busy milling environment and have a sound understanding of health and safety requirements.

The Role: Your main responsibilities will be to report to the Assistant Credit Manager with support in all aspects of credit control while using multiple internal accounts receivable systems and techniques. Liaising with Senior Management and working closely with key customer account holders, you will also be responsible for the collections management of a specific portfolio of client accounts, and for providing, maintaining and developing a range of monthly analysis reports.

The Candidates: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills while being commercially aware, together with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, but in particular Excel. A team player, you will be flexible in taking on a wide range of tasks, be efficient in time management and also be able to work effectively on your own initiative. If you can demonstrate a minimum of 1 year’s previous credit control experience, or offer a range of associated qualifications and/or experience, we would be looking to speak with you. Although not essential the CICM Certificate in Credit Management Level 2 Qualification or above would be an advantage.

The Candidates: To be successful you must be computer literate, flexible in taking on a wide range of tasks, and have the confidence and organisational ability to perform effectively in a busy and demanding work environment. You must be able to process information efficiently and accurately and have good communication skills. Experience of working in an accounts environment would be an advantage, although full training can be provided for the right candidate, the role is also available as an Apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Previous forklift experience together with licence would be useful (though training can be provided) and you must be able to cope with a physically demanding role involving a substantial amount of manual handling.

Working pattern for this position will include working Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.

You must be able to cope with a physically demanding role involving a substantial amount of manual handling.
