GAFT BIKERIDE 2018

A team from Wynnstay will be taking part in this year’s Regional Grain & Feed Tour Charity Relay Bike Ride. The tour will raise money for FCN/Rural Support NI/RSABI. Over 70 feed and grain companies are joining forces to take part in the charity bike relay.

Acquisition of Agricultural Stores

Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with the administrators of Countrywide Farmers plc ("Countrywide") to acquire the business and assets of eight stores from Countrywide's network of country outlets for a total initial consideration of £0.8m, payable in cash on completion, to be adjusted for stock valuation.
