Step up biosecurity on your farm with Wynnstay signs

News

Farmers looking to step up biosecurity on their farms were shown the way by Wynnstay Specialists attending the Innovation and Diversification Wales event, at the Royal Welsh Showground, Llanelwedd, Mid Wales.

Wynnstay Events Team gave out a selection of helpful signs that aim to help farmers to prevent diseases, such as avian flu, from entering their farms this winter.

The Poultry Team also offered signs featuring Free Range Eggs for Sale Here, fed on Wynnstay Feed, at the event, which aims to give farmers ideas on how to diversify with confidence.

New technologies and ideas, such as Wynnstay’s revolutionary CracklessEgg™ technology were among the latest trends and opportunities in science to assist you in your businesses that were demonstrated at the show on Thursday, 26th September.

Wynnstay’s Poultry Product Manager Jim Turner and Trainee Poultry Specialist, Fiona Hunt showed visitors how the CracklessEgg™ can help poultry farmers to save hundreds and even thousands of pounds in wasted, cracked eggs on poultry farms.

Meanwhile, the focus for our Dairy Team Specialists was innovation in the livestock industry and the Wynnstay products that are keeping you at the cutting edge of farming, such as Elixir.

Wynnstay customers who missed out on receiving the signs on the day can find out how to order them by contacting Sarah Williams, Wynnstay’s Poultry Product Co-ordinator on (01691) 827136.
