It is difficult to manage the nitrogen use of oilseed rape as it is dependent on the conditions of the soil. After many years of research and development, the team at Limagrain have developed a number of varieties. These newly developed varieties harness Nitrogen during the key stages of growth. They also reduce the risk of yield losses in less desirable conditions.

What are the benefits of using N-Flex

The developed varieties will optimise each unit of available nitrogen within the soil. N-Flex provides far better stability within your crop, regardless of external conditions.

An additional benefit is its resistance to pod shattering and TuYV.

Apart from walking the crops regularly, your choice of OSR variety will be key. There are now a number of both hybrid and conventional seed choices that have TuYV resistance.
