The Role: Your main responsibilities in support of the Sales Manager will be to cover your geographic area delivering an excellent and reliable service, supporting both new and existing customers to improve farm profitability. This role will offer quality agricultural products and practical advice that adds real value for the customer. You will be responsible for delivering and developing sales and to help you succeed a company van will be provided.

The Candidate: To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be agriculturally commercial aware, with a strong understanding of sales and agricultural products, with a desire to learn. You will be a team player, be efficient in time management and also be able to work effectively on your own initiative. You will be organised, ambitious and display a can-do approach, while developing strong customer relationships. A bespoke training plan will be provided for the successful candidates to support you in achieving sales targets and product knowledge.

The Role: Your main responsibilities as a HGV Bulk Blower Driver will be to efficiently and safely collect, load, transport and deliver bulk feed and raw material orders using a HGV vehicle, while providing a quality standard of service to the customer.

The Candidate: To be successful in your new role, you will have professional HGV driving experience and possess a minimum class C licence. You must hold a valid Digicard, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence, and have the ability to have nights out as and when needed. You must be capable of performing a physical role that includes a significant amount of manual handling and be flexible in your attitude to working hours while respecting tachograph rules, EU driver hour regulations and working time legislation.

 Are you looking to develop your career within vehicle maintenance, or looking to commence a career within vehicle repair and willing to undertake a training programme to develop your skills?

We are pleased to announce that the programme will be supported and delivered by Newtown College, based at Newtown, Powys. The successful candidate will be required to attend the college one day per week during term time.

The role will involve gaining valuable experience in the motor trade and will lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. You will work towards your Apprenticeship Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair which is envisaged to take approximately 3 years and will include developing your practical skills and knowledge in light vehicles.

Essential requirements are 5 GCSE’s which should include English, Maths, Science and ICT.
