Sow indoors, all year round. On moist compost, blotting or tissue paper. Sow thickly do not cover with compost. Cover conainer with paper. Keep moist. For continuous crops sow at approx. 2 week intervals.
Remove cover when seedlings germinate. Keep warm and moist. Sowing to harvest up to approx. 14 days.
All year round. Cut with scissors when approx. 5cm high. Cress seed may also be sown outdoors in summer, for larger, hotter leaves.
Sow cress 3-4 days before mustard if required together.
