Jamon (orange skin) is a medium DM type with 18% DM content and sits with 57% of its roots in the ground. It has good resistance to leaf disease and bolting. Jamon is highly palatable and can be fed to livestock whole or chopped. Can be grazed in situ or lifted.

Jamon is a yellow skinned Fodder Beet variety that produces highly palatable feed. It has good disease resistance and around 33% of its root sits above the ground allowing for easy lifting. The tops of Jamon Fodder Beet can be used if required to boost the total fodder output even further. The roots can both be lifted and stored or strip grazed with dairy cows.
