By entering you agree to these terms and conditions

• Deadline for entries is 4pm, 2nd of April 2024. 
• Entries can be submitted through the competition form, or by emailing marketing@wynnstay.co.uk.  
• Images must be high resolution jpegs at least 1MB in size and a maximum size of 5MB.  
• 10 images will be selected by our Youngstock Team for inclusion in the publication and for sharing on social media.  
• By sending your images to us you agree for us to include the images within our Focus on Lambs 2025 publication and on associated social media.  
• By entering you agree that your name will be featured alongside the printed image and in social media posts displaying the image. 
• No fee will be paid for using the images provided. 
• You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright for all images entered.  
• By entering an image, you also confirm that the image has not been licenced elsewhere.  
• If your photograph features any person or people, they should be aware that they are being photographed and permission should be obtained from all involved (or their parents/guardians’ permission if under 16) for their photograph to be submitted. If it is clear that the people are not aware of their picture being taken or are embarrassed in any way by any entry we receive, we reserve the right to disqualify the entry. 
• By entering an image, you have confirmed that you have the necessary permissions from the owners of the objects, livestock and buildings included.  
• The selected winners will receive a Free Wynnstay Goody Box to include a hat, mug and pen.  
• There is no alternative to the prize and there is only one prize per person regardless of how many images have been selected from the entries submitted by that individual.  
• Images will be disqualified if they appear to show animal cruelty or any breach of livestock welfare.  
• We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed entries, please note that sending is not proof of receipt.  
• If you are under the age of 18 you must have permission to enter from your parent or guardian. By submitting an entry for the competition, your parent/carer/guardian is deemed to have given such consent and to agree to the use of the entry as described in these terms and conditions. 
• We reserve the right to refuse entries for any reason 
• Judge's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into  
• The winners will be announced in the publication.
