Skyfall is a bearded group 1 milling wheat, with OWBM resistance, the only milling variety to have it. Skyfall is grown specifically for its agronomics. A medium-fast developing variety, with extremely low vernalisation requirement, Skyfall should be sown from late September and can be sown right up to the end of February. Please bear in mind its unlikely to make milling specification if sown late. It's yield is in the pack with other milling varieties coupled with stiff straw, but be aware the yellow rust resistance is low. As with all group 1's a robust spring fungicide programme is required.
