- Naturally high in fibre, but low in calories (8MJ/kg), sugar (6.5%) and starch (2%)
- Made from a soft, tasty blend of chopped grasses and high-quality oat straw to provide plenty of chew time in the diet without additional calories.
- Alfalfa Pellets are also included for natural buffering due to their high levels of naturally occurring and bio-available calcium.
- Protexin In-Feed Formula is included which provides prebiotics and yeast to promote gastric health.
- Free from molasses, artificial flavours, preservatives and binders
How To Get The Most Out Of Feeding Ulser Lite
Dengie Ulser Lite is a straight feed and so can be fed in the bucket at any level up to 500g per 100kg bodyweight.
If using as a hay replacer – feed the same weight of Dengie Ulser Lite as the forage you are replacing. Feeding 1.5kgs per 100kgs bodyweight will provide 1.5% of the horse’s bodyweight as forage per day on an as fed basis.
