This Barley Beef Feeder is designed to be filled with a loader bucket- the 3mt long lid is easily opened and is wider than most standard feeders to avoid any spillages and therefore reduce wastage. The flow control plate is adjusted from outside the unit for ease of operation. There are 8 feed spaces as standard, where the animals have to put their nose between the bars to feed- this is to prevent bullying and pushing one another off the feed. A heavy duty construction more than capable of being left in a pen or field with stock bulls. The 1400kg capacity means you can fill it and leave for days. (Dependent on how many animals it is feeding).
