- Designed to reduce the risk of milk fever
- Delivers a massive 42g of available Calcium in each bolus, this is made up of the fast release Calcium Chloride and the slow release Calcium Sulphate
- This product requires SQP advice before a purchase can be made
- Will dissolve in the rumen within 20-30 minutes and helps raise Calcium levels over a prolonged period of time
- The first bolus should be given to the animal at the first sign of parturition and the second bolus should be applied after calving
- If necessary give 1 or 2 additional boluses at 12-15 hour intervals
- Can also be used as a supplementation following a calcium injection
- Give the first calcium bolus 2-3 hours after injection and the second bolus 12-15 hours later.
