ANIMAX Copinox 4gm 100 Applications

Copinox Ewe/Calf is for the prevention and treatment of hypocuprosis (low copper) in sheep, calves and lambs. It combats low levels of copper in the diet or resulting from anatogonistic effects of molybdenum, iron, sulphur, upon absorption of the copper. Formulated for the prevention of congential swayback in sheep. It contains copper oxide rods, which are retained for between 2 and 3 months in the ruminant digestive tract . Slowly releasing copper, ensures steady supplementation and elevates liver stores for approximately 6 months. Do not give to pre-ruminant animals. Do not give additional copper supplementation. Available in packs of 100 or 250 doses. Recommended dosage rates are as follows:

• Calves 75-100 kg, over two months give 2x 4g capsules
• Sheep up to 50 kg, give 2x 4g capsule
• Lambs up to 10kg and over 5 weeks old, give 1x 2g capsule
