Dwarf Shorty is a low canopy crop providing warmth and security, making the ultimate driving crop.
Dwarf Shorty is ideal for driving and effective as a winter cover. It can make excellent flushing points within maize due to its low crop canopy, and can also be sown adjacent to maize to add warmth to the crop. Weed control is also a possibility in this cover option. This is sold in 12 kilo one acre units and will grow to a height of 90-100cm.
